I forgot my login ID/password?
There are several ways you can retrieve your login information.

I only want to sell/purchase one item, one time. Am I required to purchase a membership?
Yes. Because Luxury Boy Toys is an exclusive member site, we require a nominal fee beginning as low as $9.99 every 3-month period based on your desired membership level. Visit our Membership page for more information.
Are there any additional fees other than the membership fee?
We charge nominal listing fees, based on the price of the item you wish to sell. Click here to view our pricing structure. NOTE: Should you choose to use any of our Preferred Vendor Services, you should discuss any fees they may assign prior to contracting their services.
What is the difference between a Player membership and Owner membership?
The higher the membership level, the more services and benefits you'll receive. Remember, this isn't the typical online auction house. We don't cater to the crowd. Our tier-based membership allows us to pamper our members based on their individual needs. Visit our Membership page for a list of all services offered.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, you will not be refunded for the unused portion of the term of your membership fee, if any. Cancellation is effective upon the verifiable receipt of an e-mail from you by LUXURYBOYTOYS.COM at Support@LuxuryBoyToys.com.
Where can I view my account information to determine what fees I have been charged?
Once you log in to your Member Home page, select "Profile Settings" in the top right of your screen. Once there, click "Order History" to view all of your transactions.
What VIP services do you offer?
Our employees treat all of our members as VIPs! In addition, based on your membership level, you may be entitled to Promos/Special Offers, Concierge Access, Social Networking and more!
What is Buy Bid?
Buy Bid allows you to make a guaranteed offer for immediate purchase, instead of waiting for the auction to end and possibly being outbid by another member. If the seller accepts your bid, you win!
How can I cancel a bid?
Should you change your mind on an item you previously bid and the auction has not ended, simply locate the item, click "Bid History" and select "Retract Bid" next to your name. If you bid and won a "closed" auction, you may not retract your bid, and are responsible for payment.
What is a 1031 exchange on real estate?
The IRS 1031 property exchange enables investors to defer paying any tax consequence when they buy or sell a real estate property if they intend to acquire another property.
I just purchased a luxury car located in another state, now what?
Congratulations! Our customer service associates are here to assist you in every way. Based on your membership level, you may also have Concierge Access who can arrange everything from financing, insurance, transportation to upgrades/modifications, detailing services, and even storing arrangements at your destination. Where can determine much it will cost to list my $400,000 plane before I actually list it?

My assets are selling but I am not being notified?
You should be notified two ways. You should be receiving a confirmation of sale at the e-mail address you listed during the registration period, as well as message at your Member Home page on LuxuryBoyToys.com If you are not receiving messages, go to your "Profile Settings" and verify the e-mail address you entered is correct, and that your e-mail provider is not blocking messages from LuxuryBoyToys.com. If you continue to experience problems, contact us at 817-500-5210 or Support@LuxuryBoyToys.com.
Do you automatically renew memberships at the end of the three-month period?
Yes. Because you may have active listings, bids, etc. at the time of your renewal, and to prevent your information from being lost or going "dark", we will automatically charge the renewal fee to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period, at the then current published price until you notify us that you want to cancel. This can be done at any time by e-mailing Support@LuxuryBoyToys.com or calling 817-500-5210.
